I hope the powers that be issue the most severe sentence for these acts of cruelty towards these innocent animals.
Abuse towards animals is a form of psychopathy and should be taken seriously, lest the perpetrator move on to humans.
Every cat's life is precious, so please add up the sentence for each cat killed. Also add up the assault to the police officer and the social impact.
