私は日本人ですが、動物を虐待する行為はどういう理由でも許されない事だと思っています。
同じ日本人として、人間として恥ずかしい行為。
そして平穏に過ごしていた猫達の為にも彼には相応の処罰を受けるべきだと思います。

My wife and I adopted four street cats, all between the age of 8 to 10 weeks. Unfortunately, we had to put one of them to sleep as she got very sick with 3 tumors in her stomach. We were devasated, to say the least! And then along comes this heartless coward, and torture them for fun till they are lifeless. He has to feel the full force of justice for what he has done!!!
