It is a disgrace to Japan. Committing a crime abroad and then being extradited to be tried in Japan would mean that Japanese law applies. Japan's laws on animal cruelty are far too lenient. If Malta has stricter laws, the trial should be held in Malta, and I demand the maximum penalty.
