This person deserves to pay for the atrocities he committed. Have he not been caught he could also have escalated to murdering people as well. I hope our justice system does good by us law abiding citizens this time around!

Justice must be done. This sadistic guy is a psychopath who deserves to be locked up & pay for his cruel doings. He's a serial killer in the making. The fact he lives in Malta may also be he's making himself scarce from Japanese Law for henious acts he's performed there - definitly needs harsh punishment & then deported after he's done his time in Malta.
