The reach of this petition has surpassed my expectations and now provides the necessary leverage to formally submit my request for the board seat. I am currently preparing the required documentation for the Northfield FAN board members to review.

Great guy for the job. He knows northfield youth sports inside out.
He’s a great person who is willing to give his time even when his child isn’t a part of a team or organization. One of my kids all time favorite coaches. A great person.
Matt Hanlin is an outstanding role model and coach in Northfield youth sports, consistently demonstrating dedication, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the field. His ability to inspire confidence and teamwork while teaching valuable life lessons makes him a standout figure in the community.
As a former board member younger parents like Matt are what this organization needs - people who put all the kids of the program first - not their own interests - he would be a welcome breath of fresh air

With years of coaching experience, Matt has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship within the community. Matt has coached both my boys and he really knows how to talk to the kids. He keeps things fun but teaches them respect for the game. We need more people like him involved with the board.
