Support for Casino and Hotels for jobs not sure about other things that would attract crowds. I remember when they proposed an outdoor mall in Country Club Hills i think investors knew better that once built it would rise crime in shopping theft and robberies which is happening now lots of gun related shootings and car theft in suburban neighborhoods.
