1. Digital Wealth Society (DWS)and OEL were supported by the contribution of family and friends from taxed income, and these successful businesses were giving return on contributions to these family and friends. The FCA shut down the business immediately, and stopped the transfer of monies and this prevented Mr & Mrs Golding from fulfilling their obligations to friends and family. This was a spiteful act by the FCA. Thereafter not analysing their own statutes to clarify the status of the DWS and OEL friends and family business model per the FCA legislation. The FCA has voiced criticism of the size of the return on contribution to friends and family. This sounds like FCA sour grapes and jealousy as “serfs” must never win. Certain FCA behaviours appear racist in intention too. The FCA’s investigation of DWS and OEL has been ongoing for almost two years putting the contributors in friends and family in hardship. The FCA must be working outside the timelines of its own guidelines. But have not hastened its investigation to release people's money. They could not care one fig as to hardship caused.
No company changes lawyers without reason, and it is known that the tentacles of the old boy network spread deep to protect its own interests particularly when wishing to destroy the interests of people of African heritage. The UK has repeated form in flagrant attacks, harassment and murder of law abiding African people whom the establishment bullies, and there is now PTSD in the African community.
The FCA have had plenty of time to establish whether DWS and OEL satisfied a private friends and family contribution process. They were told the same repeatedly by DWS, OEL and friends and family but choose to ignore this.

Two years is long time for such an investigation. I am under a lot of financial stress and the sooner this matter is dealt with my health will improve.
I have dealing with both DWS and Kerching I know it would be unfair to lump all the accounts together for distribution back to investors

Sadly the FCA as a supposed trusted institution is now held in the lowest esteem. The way they have handled this case is appalling. It is now time for the FCA to be investigated.

Its disgraceful that this is taking so long. We investors should be compensated for the money we have lost.

I am really upset with the FCA, as there was no problem before they started their investigation. As a pensioner, this experience has been terrible. My saving has been locked up for too long and I need my money.

Clearly two separate companies... kindly please do not merge the two in order to release funds. Especially, as this matter is long overdue to be resolved fairly and at speed.

FCA has enforced the rules & restrictions as they see it, regardless of the members. FCA are there to ensure members are not being taken advantage of. But since the FCA got involved with S&S the members have suffered. Surely this should not be the case, reading up on the communication and commitments of the FCA they are not treating the members of S&S in their best interest. This has been years they have held the members to ransom & hardship. This should be investigated as the FCA has not once taken the members into account.

As a result of the actions taken by the FCA, I'm currently in financial hardship, psychological, emotional and spiritual distress. They have caused harm to my being, hence have severely impacted my life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. As this is a Natural Right for all human beings, I seek maximum compensation.

Please do not use Kerching to subsidise any shortfall in DWS. They are two separate companies.

Forgive me for not fully understanding the financial implications but from what I understand Shantelle and Samuel have been pulled up for some kind of business malpractice namely using invested monies to pay returns on invested monies. How does this differ from what the FCA are proposing....

Please use logic and reason when assessing this case, while also considering how friends and family of the Goldings have been disadvantaged and unfairly treated by the FCA throughout this investigation. 1 via lack of information, 2 irregular updates, 3 suggesting that repayments managed by the FCA would be lumped together, even though the investigation pertains to two separate endeavours.

I do not agree that payouts should be from both companies being merged together, that doesn't make sense & its unethical. I think we have been through enough so the least that could be done is to have our money redistributed fairly. This whole process has been inhumane and makes me question why?
