Hi, I’m an agent in Matt Curcio’s downline, I was and continue to be absolutely devastated by this, and I hope that somehow this is reversible! Matt has been an invaluable help to me ever since I’ve come to eXp. He has always been available to answer questions I’ve had about “real estate curve-balls.” He has allowed me to freely use his office even though he’s not my direct sponsor. One of eXp’s strengths - and one of its weaknesses - is the fact that it’s cloud-based. Obviously this has been a huge asset during this pandemic; however, sometimes people need a live person to go to for answers, for advice, and just for an ear to bend, and Matt has always been there for me in all those capacities. With this pandemic, the forced lockdown, and now the rioting, people are lost, floundering, hopeless, despairing, and a whole bunch of other negative emotions - honestly, Matt being dismissed compounds that for me. I feel very lost at the moment at the thought that Matt will no longer be there. Matt has been a HUGE asset to eXp, I do hope that somehow you can reconsider this decision.
