My heart breaks for what happened to Jessica. How many more kids have to suffer before the state actually does something about these repeat offenders?
Keep them off the streets. Period.
it is about time! our kids deserve to be safe in their own neighborhoods. pass this bill already.
No second chances for predators. They dont change. We need this law in mass now.
