I am NOT a WS but what I cannot put in words is the amount of compassion love respect and brotherhood these men taught me. Several of these men came over 6 hours on motorcycles to my sons funeral at my request. Total strangers comforted me and my family. One of these fine men is still in contact with me to help me pursue my degrees. From a man on the outside looking in I see and share with many people of this organization. If it wasn't for the WS there would haven't been any MM at my sons funeral or supported me. As my home lodge wasn't or hasn't known or supported me during my very hard times of loss of my child. Which was also treated by Shriners. Nothing but respect love and desire to be a MM and a WS WHY? because total strangers helped me on my darkest days of my life

I am deeply grateful for the support of the Masonic Community after the passing of my husband, Wesley von Burn. Wesley was so proud to be a Mason. When Masonry met motorcycling, it was a perfect match. Wesley was a very involved member of the Rough Ashlars. Before his passing I didn’t have the pleasure of getting to know his brothers in this chapter. The day following his passing, I had many Masons over the house paying their respects and comforting me. This day is also when I spoke to Tommy Nolan for the first time. Tommy has been one of my greatest supports through out this difficult time. I can clearly see how his road name “Shepard” originated. He wanted to meet with me immediately and was right there with me for every step. The flooding of support from the Widows Sons at large was remarkable. Wesley’s service was scheduled for a Sunday in part so Widows Sons from all over could ride with Wes one last time. Wesley always wanted to see Liberty Lodge full as it was for his service. My mother could not stop saying how she didn’t know much about the Masons before, except how proud Wesley was to be one. After his passing, she exclaimed countless times how amazing an organization the Masons are; I knew that already. The tremendous amount of support I received emanated from the Widows Sons who personified the three cardinal virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity, during this time of unimaginable sorrow.

My Brothers, your pain is my pain. Anyone who knows me knows I am not usually one to be at a loss for words, but at this time....I know not what to say. This cuts deep. The wound will heal and all that will be left is another scar showing where I have traveled. I love you all, Brothers and Sisters. I stand with you. Yesterday, today, tomorrow, come rain, come shine. Hell and back, the beginning, in between, until the end of time.

These are great guys and gals who pour their hearts into every cause they support (which are many).. Causes that support Women, children, Families and Medical causes. Why would you deem this Chapter as unlawful. I organized Hope for the Holiday's for Brightside for Families and children in 2012 and in partnership with these great group of guys we raised Thousands of dollars, Trucks full of toys and made Christmases for over 500 families in the area. I know of several other Motorcycle runs they supported for so many good causes. Massachusetts Freemasonry should be ashamed to try and make these great group of guys hang up the name so many people support. You do not find organizations that have the compassion these guys have..
