The Widows Sons are like a part of my family! They have always been supportive and respectful. I'm very shocked and surprised when I read that they would be dismantled! I do NOT agree with this decision and think it's a grave mistake! I have been a witness to them volunteering to do good for others on many occasions! Please reconsider your decision on this matter! Thank you!

I'm originally from Lynn. Born and grew up there as a member of Lynn Chapter Demolay. My dad was PM of damascus Lodge and a 33rd from the Valley of Salem. As a R^W^ Sr. Grand Warden of NY and M^E^ Grand high Priest of NY I am proud to proclaim I am a member of the Widows Sons. I find it very disheartening that the GLoMA, the home of so many enlightened Masons from years past, have taken this action. It needs to be reconsidered from a point of knowledge.

These guys exemplify Masony everyday, and they are out there in the public promoting Masonry through their deeds. I was invited to go on a ride with them to a rally in Gettysburg, and along the way they talked to many people about the benefits of Masonry. Not only that, but on there way back, when they were tired and just wanted to be home, these guys took an hour to help a woman who's minivan had broken down. They stayed with her and delayed their trip until she was on the road again. Without the Widows Sons, I would still be suspicious of Masonry and would still think that Masonry was a stuffy, old, bizarre cultish club. If the Masons do this to the Sons, I'm sorry to say that Masonry will lose one of its best outreach programs to the public.

Ma widows sons have done some great work with the their communities just like all widows sons do! Banning them hurts all masons and those that benefit from their work!

Truly unfortunate. Hundreds of organizations will be affected that supply services. Its very hard to raise money or get donations, but the Widows Sons can raise thousands in a few short hours. Massachusetts Widows Sons ROCK AND DO!

i hve several friends who are Widows sons.Besides the great friendships and social networking, they have done a great deal of good in the community..perhaps before people condemn or criticize they should ride with them have we learned nothing about sterotyping people because of their looks,beliefs or religions? now we judge because of what they ride? I have ridden since i was a little kid..my father taught me..yes i am a biker who turned into a very successful and caring adult who likes to give back....please let the Widows sons stay intact so they can continue to give back to the communiyy..Isnt that one of the cornerstones of the Mason belief system????

I am 3° from Warren Lodge No. 310 in Collegeville PA. I personally received outstanding charity and brotherhood from my fellow brethren who happen to be Widow Sons members. I am proud to stand beside any of the Widow Sons in any Lodge.

It's disappointing that this has happened. We in PEI voluntarily withdrew from WS because of issues brewing within the upper organization, but that was politics only. The organization has done, and does, much good. This seems heavy-handed.

These guys do wonderful things. They may wear leather but they're God fearing, charity giving men and a true example of freemasonry. This is clear to see if you just look past the skins on their backs. It is wrong to discriminate against a brother no matter who they are!

I attend many charities over the course of a year. Always have the company of Widows Sons & they stand up for the good of their fellow riders. That's a worthy American group if ever I've seen one. As a member of United Riders, supporter of Boston Wounded Vet Run & SEMMSF, Inc. it's important to raise awareness to our those in need; the Widows Sons are there time & time again helping in their community, helping others. Thank You Widows Sons for all the help you've provided, you are ALL a class act & I'm proud to ride with you, always.
