They totally don't care what we think or say as a community we pay good money to play this game surely we should be treated with some respect

Been frustrated for some time with Kabam's operation. Play, Pay, Pay, Pay!

So much lost opportunity for a short term gain in your revenue.

The game can take months if not years to build the right teams for the right quests. Yet Kabam have now changed the meta yet again making 9 months of planning and building pointless. This follows the previous meta change which made 12 months play pointless. They also nerf characters that people have invested in without warning. At the same time they seemingly ignore bugs and lags that makes some content impossible to play without opening your wallet.

Please Marvel, talk to kabam and help the players.

I've spent my hard earned money on this game only to have Kabam constantly change the meta and pull the rug out from under its customer base.

This issue is only getting worse and worse. I have stopped spending money because it is like spending at a casino, the game is rigged in favor of the house and the end game user is the one who suffers. It's in an abysmal state!

fix the game, you refused to quickfix dominos block break bug yet you quick fixed the rage node bug, because it was helpful to the player, the changes to aw, diversity removal, lower rewards and higher difficulty is a joke. my entire alliance is on the verge of quitting. fix the game.

I was a high spending player as well as a very hard working player and when my account got hacked Kabam said they could see where it happened but refused to give me my account back as it was. So basically I was out thousands of dollars, countless hours, and about half of not more of my highest level champs.

The game has continually gotten worse and worse as time passes. Moderators of the forums hush player complaints, thieves and cheaters advance without punishment...
