Marvel Comics please intervene on behalf of the Marvel Contest of Champions player base. We need you!

Kabam sales MCOC players in-game loot box offers, claiming that reward drop rates are completely random and not based on individual account behavior or past spend. However, Kabam does not inform it’s consumers about registered patents, such as WO2015179450A1 and US9403093B2, which are systems and methods that allow their Gaming Operators to dramatically adjust or manipulate purchased loot box drop rates based on a players past spend and gaming habits. Whether or not these patent systems are being used by Kabam, they have the legal obligation to inform it’s consumers about them. The FTC act prohibits business’ from engaging in unfair and deceptive advertising when selling products to it’s consumers. This includes withholding information relevant to a product which could impact a consumers decision to purchase it. As a life-long fan of Marvel, I sincerely hope this information is taken seriously and acted upon. I fear that if you don’t, at some point there will be someone with the financial resources and legal know-how, who will take notice of Kabam’s blatant and willful violation of the FTC act and take action before you get the chance to.

The way Netmarble has utterly trashed this game after taking over is insulting to the player base and community. They have been profit driven and greedy, their product has been faulty and broken some phone by attempting to play the game. Their “compensation” for 3 weeks of an unplayable game is atrocious and insulting

Mcoc had gone too far, they need a dose of reality

Today was the last straw for me. Telling the player base you’re cutting the usual annual month-long appreciation event down to one week, with reduced events and boosts, and also saying you consider that compensation for months of bugs and issues is really gross and disgusting. The people in charge have become greedy, disconnected from the player base and now have said they just don’t care. Marvel deserves better.

Hope Disney & Marvel do something to force kabam respect the high quality expected from the top brands owners.

It’s atrocious honestly, it’s gotten to a point where you can only progress by paying money even if you’re the best player. $300 for an OG vision 5* absolutely ridiculous!

They probably with hold royalties, I recieved more rewards from marvel insider rewards then i do from contest of Champions daily grinding.

What once was a great game, has tarnished the marvel name forever in my book. I am so angry at this game, I don’t really want to watch any marvel movies anymore. My friends feel the same.
