I have so many happy memories of night time parade in Moundsville. I would love to see it back. And....lots and lots of noise. I was told that this was the quietest parade that many have seen....that's not the words that should describe a Christmas Parade.

Have it at night, and the parade route should be longer! It's kinda a waste of time to make kids dress up to be in a parade, or make floats etc... for a parade that is only 6 (small) blocks long. Also.... the "no tumbling" rule is ridiculous, for the dance/acro teams. The instructor of the dance teams know which students can or cannot tumble safely & usually adjust their corgraphy according. Thank you.

The night parade is much better. The Christmas lights look better at night.

Having the parade through the day, is the only reason why I do not attend. It is a Christmas parade, you want to be able to see all the colors of the parade

Evening and in the dark would be wonderful and also make it so the elderly in The Towers could enjoy it would be perfect. Everyone should be able to enjoy the festivities. We call ourselves a community.

Christmas parade is always better at night and let the fire EMS and police run the sirens

How about right at dusk? The avenue is so pretty with its antique lamp posts.

The first night time parade was in 1992. It started on second Street and ended at the Kroger's plaza. When I was little the parade started at the Plaza and when up Rt2, up 7th St up Jefferson Ave to second st. It was amazing. I really enjoyed being in the parades growing up. We would have more floats if it was at night.
