I support the construction of a 10 unit development to be built at 750 North 300 West in Salt Lake City, Utah! These townhomes will be energy efficient, pet friendly, and most importantly affordable! These are being built on vacant lots, so no historic or existing homes will be torn down to make way for this project. Our goal is to work side-by-side with current residents to make the Marmalade the best place it can be! They will also have a contemporary/modern design that will brighten up the Marmalade!
