My name is Marlon Terrell Bailey and I am a 44 year old male and I am asking for your signature to petition for a pardon to forgive the non-violent offenses I have made in my past.
A lot of things have changed in my life and my past is preventing me from moving forward and acquiring sufficient occupation, volunteer work at my son’s school and other community schools and projects throughout the state. The offenses on my record are over 10 years old and I was hoping to put them completely in the past and provide a better life for me and my family.

The process of seeking a pardon is grinding and often feels like shouting into a void. I am still here at my desk every night pushing forward because my past should not be the only thing that defines my future.

The community is better with Marlon bailey. Nobody should still have non violent offenses carrying with them twenty years later.

Marlon Bailey is an upstanding citizen who loves his family and only needs a chance to start over so he can rebuild his life. He has become a blessing to the people he comes in contact with and I am very happy and honored to call him my friend. I emplore you to give him an opportunity to become what God has called him to be. Give him a chance to support his family, grow his business and be a blessing in his community. Thank you.
