If I order an item and you take my payment and fulfil the order, then I have legally entered into a contract! You then realise the price is a mistake and just cancel, this is not legal M & S!

It is breach of contract as you had taken our money and confirmed order and delivery date! I feel this is against our rights and you should be fulfilling orders placed as we purchased thinking it was a sale item!

Ordered - paid - hsd email confirmation of order !! Quick enough to take money from my account !! And have to wait up to 5 days for it back? Disgusting.

They said they had a massive sale on, i bouight a sofa which matched what i wanted and the massive sale price. Now they wont honour it hiding behind a technical issue. For a large PLC like M&S to act in this way is shocking. Never ever again will i shop there.

Absolutely gutted! It took 6 hours to cancel our order after a delivery slot had been booked and payment had been taken and money still not back in my account. We had also sold our old sofa but had to go back on it otherwise we wouldn't have had somewhere to sit.more than one disgruntled person here
