Although to some this may have appeared 'too good to be true' I disagree, I scrolled through 112 colour options most of which were over £1000, I genuinely believed that the handful of sofas priced at £137.40 we're done so for a reason. I am extremely disappointed and angry that M&S are not fulfilling orders placed.

I agree with the previous comment. I think £50 store credit and a one week supply of free range hen eggs would be a good start to remedy this situation.

This is just not on. I shop with M&S daily, and I've had my fair share of problems, but this one is by far the worst. However, I'll accept a full refund + £50 store credit and one weeks supply of free range hen's eggs, but I warn you M&S...I eat A LOT of eggs.

This is outrageous and hopefully M&S will honour their advertised product. If M&S do not then I will no longer be a customer.

You don’t want people to say Marks and Spencer is Fake News. Do not misunderestimate your customers, do the honourable thing and ship those couches.

It was clearly marked as prices from £137 - £2190 on several of the sofas they had on their web site so not a one off mistake

Poor show from M&S. How do I break it to my little one that she is not getting a new sofa for the summer?

Order was made in good faith, expected better from such a respected company.
