This store should be allowed to sell alcohol legally the way numerous supermarkets, gas stations, liquor stores,corner stores do in New Orleans

Free enterprise should be considered a right in this country, unfettered by government interference except in unusual circumstances. There is no exceptional or unusual circumstance in this instance.
