Current situation: A number of maple users were banned unfairly for no valid reason on 19-29 March 2019.
UPDATE: Nexon has banned tons of innocent f2p players, way back from March until now. At least 3 secret ban waves were identified. Those players have done nothing wrong, and their ign were not included inside the ban list. They were SECRETLY REMOVED from the server. Only one out of the three times, Nexon stepped up and apologized for their mistakes. In other occasions, they would either secretly unban the players, or just ignore them.
Those players affected are all f2p users. Apparently they need space for their server and obviously f2p players have no value in their eyes, so they simply removed them without letting anyone know. This move is absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. We need to let more people know about it, and stand up for those poor souls. The reason why you dont see many people complaining here, is because Nexon has 'silenced' them by blocking those ppl from posting.
Please spread this post to your friends and fellow maplers. We need your help! Sign the petition! Show them the power of maplers. You or your friends, who might be a f2p, could be the next victim. For paid players, without these f2p players, you wont get the enjoyment of getting ahead of people as well. So please support this petition. Justice for inncoent f2p!
We emailed the Maple CS Team, hoping to understand the entire situation. But we kept receiving automated emails, nothing else. If we did something illegal, and get banned, we accept it. BUT WE DID NOT.
Aim: To request for GM to reinvestigate this entire issue. Also, to give the affected users a clear explanation for this unfair ban.
Hence, we would greatly appreciate it if you guys could help us to sign and spread this post to gain GM’s attention to reinvestigate this matter. Please help, thanks so much!

Tried to appeal the ban,cs support refuse to tell me why i was banned,took to posting on their facebook page for appeals, but their fb admin silenced some of us ,blocking us from posting comments,reading visitor posts.Unethical move by their MapleM team to stop us from asking what happen to our accounts. Nexon screwed up big time by banning free to play players with absolute no evidence of cheating nor name even appearing in their banned list. And their blanket silence and Facebook comment blocking and deleting isn't helping build trust in their brand
I am one of the victims, ign : Vinsinity. Server: Asia Luna 2. Got banned after failed to reconnect back to game during peak period. Automated reply was received from nexon, no further investigation.
If GM keep anyhow banning people. How to restore faith to the maple M community? Fight for a re-investigation! Justice for those who got banned wrongfully.
I got banned for no reason on 20/3/2019. I received the message "Game access has been restricted due to market abused" when i havent done anything.
Been banned for 4 years now and havnt had a reply to any of my tickets smh what nexon needs too do is have a 2nd chance event like years ago cause this crap is getting out of hand
Same happened to me . Same level. Above 170 with good records will result in ban if you did not purchase crystal . They will close all your ticket and silence you
