Maple M Users unfairly banned for no reason, ign NOT in ban list either

Been banned for 4 years now and havnt had a reply to any of my tickets smh what nexon needs too do is have a 2nd chance event like years ago cause this crap is getting out of hand

Same happened to me . Same level. Above 170 with good records will result in ban if you did not purchase crystal . They will close all your ticket and silence you

My Friend, and another ex guild-mate was wrongfully ban. Just because they are F2P players doesn’t mean Nexon could do this to them. They have actually invested time to play in this game yet there is no justice for them. Please request Nexon to review this issue
