This law enforces the possession of, as well as the wearing of a ski mask by every citizen of the United States of America at all times. Each person must have a minimum of one (1) ski mask on their body at all times. No exceptions. If a person cannot supply their own ski mask, then a government issue mask will be appointed to them. Ski masks can be any color or design, as long as it covers over 60% of the face.

If at any point a person is found without a ski mask they are to be reported to the local law enforcementimmediately.

If a person is caught without their mandatory ski mask, or with a ski mask that does not meet the previously stated ski mask requirements, they will be immediately detained and arrested on the spot.

In the case that the arrest is resisted in any form or fashion, the arresting officer is given the right to fire at will.

First time offenders will be sent to a government regulated ski mask "re-education" camp until they are fit to be released back into the public.

Second time offenders will also be sent to a government regulated ski mask "re-education" camp, then sentenced to three (3) lifetime sentences in federal prison.

Third time offenders are immediately sentenced to death by lethal injection.
