They can, in fact, arrest people over this. The governors executive orders, until or unless we have a court striking them down, can be punished as a class a misdemeanor. That is up to a year in jail. Police can arrest you for it.
This is why I have been railing against this stuff. Because it’s serious. And scary.

This is ridiculous at this point in time since we are in the 9th month of this so called pandemic and maybe more people are testing positive but are they even sick? Getting tyrannical to this point of arresting people is absurd! Beshear should be impeached!
He has overstepped
This is bs. Being able to arrest someone for not wearing a mask. Some of us have health issues and CAN'T wear a damm mask.

The mask mandate is a denial of our civil liberties by the governor and those of whom he demands to enforce the aforementioned mandate. This goes blatantly against our constitutional rights. Furthermore, the economy has stagnated under his leadership due to heavy-handed authoritarianism. Since the gubernatorial election, taxes have increased while family income has decreased. For the benefit of all Kentuckians and the future of this great Commonwealth, I hereby implore the state legislators citizens to remove Governor Andy Beshear from office.
