Britannia Hotels have no intention of doing anything with this building, that should be more than apparent to anyone. Almost 30 yrs after purchase and they have done nothing to maintain the building. They just like to fight with the Council and the people of Manchester. Their arrogance beggars belief. The Council's inadequacy to deal with them says even more.

This is not acceptable and part of our Heratige. Have passed it many times seeing building decline. Travesty. Had family member train as fireman just before it closed
