As my Dad is an ex-Manchester fireman I have been in this amazing building several times. It's an architectural gem with a rich history and must be put to good use and saved for future generations.

it is a beautiful peace of architecture and deserves to be brought back to its past glory. I pass it on a regular basis and would love to see it renovated.

The people of Manchester want to see this beautiful historic building saved and renovated for future generations. Our history attracts tourism to help the economy of the area. Shame on the Britannia Group.

This is a fine building and deserves care and attention. What's wrong with the people at Britannia!

This is a significant historic building of the most important kind in Manchester city centre. It is a landmark that is instantly recognised by Mancunians and visitors alike. We must find a function for our old buildings but preserve as much of the original features as we can. This building sets Manchester apart from other cities and is one of the major constituents of Manchester's Architectural individuality.
