620 units means a minimum of 1200 more automobiles coming and going on these already conjested arterials - Mullen Rd and Marvin Rd. Please think this through and pay attention to what is already in place; respecting current homeowners and wildlife. Don't let tax revenue be your guide.

The destruction of our natural habitats need to stop in our surrounding neighborhood. New developments have continued to destroy are wildlife habitats. Enough is enough. Plus these development's continue to put our water resources at risk.

I am opposed to this construction. Do not take away homes to our wildlife.

Both our subdivision, Winnwood, and the proposed development fall within the McAllister Springs Sensitive Geological Area. To add another 629 housing units may well overtax the capability of the area and spring. House lots are limited to a minimun of 5 acres per lot. The plan calls for LOTT sewer to be extended to support the development, although LOTT has not extended its services past the BNSF railroad tracks. While we have two new subdivisions east of the track, each collects their sewage at a central location, which is then pumped out. The plan also calls for Pattison Water Company, which is located within the boundary of the property, on Kagy Road, to provide the water. Can they supply the amount required for 629 units. As noted earlier, the nearby road system - Mullen, Kagy and 58th are inadequate for the demands of 629 households. It is already becoming difficult to enter Mullen from Kagy, and a stoplight would definitely be helpful.

The roads are already stressed. Lets not build too much too quickly we already have several new developers

I concur especially with all of Cindy Alfrejd's comments, as well as others who have responded. Growth for the sake of growth doesn't make any sense to me, even if there "appears" to be a need for more housing in this portion of the county. The way I see it, this plan only benefits the seller.

Along with the current development on 37th near College, it seems the city ignores the obvious of current roads unable to support the certain major increase of traffic. Greed.

I sent a letter outlining my concern. The high density plan is a concern for quality of life for future residents, road-water-sewer infrastructure, multiple intersection safety due to increase of traffic, and zoning regulations.

Very opposed to the high density of this proposed subdivision Have submitted a letter to the county.

Oh boy, traffic out here is already so dangerous at the intersections, this would be bad.

We have many open buildings in commercial “downtown areas that sit empty. Let’s do some in filling with vibrant urban growth to meet needs of increased growth. Sprawl is out! Maintain green space to protect our watershed that Thurston County has so vigorously mandated on land owners nearby. 1) 5 acres or more for each household and then only if 2) no building unless extensive pocket gopher study finds no inhabitants.

We need to preserve the rural environment. Please preserve the habitat for the beautiful and precious bird life the area supports. Please do not pave paradise. Charlie Garrott

The general infrastructure, roadways etc are already overstressed with the current population density. These additional multi family units will cause further stress creating more congestion & longer commute times in our relatively serene rural environment.

Way too high of density for the amount of land and would completely change the environment.

We don't need more traffic and people cutting down trees to make more for the traffic.

I agree with everyone else signing this petition. A definite NO to bringing in a large development to our already strained resources locally. I purchased a home in this area for peace and quiet in a forested setting. Not traffic, crime, and over crowded schools.
