As the years pass, more and more animals and innocent human beings are sadistically, cold bloodedly and inhumanely fatally harmed. Very little is done to stop it, or atleast be a deterrent to have this not happen again. Tougher penalties to the extreme needs to be put in place now before our country becomes out of control.
