I agree, the RSPCA should have more authority to investigate and take action when it comes to any type of animals seen to be in danger or mistreated !

These pet abuse and killings need to stop!!!! The laws need to reflect what these vile acts really are. Murderous acts of evil on sentient beings who love, hurt, feel sadness and grieve just like humans. The only difference is they have no voice or rights. These animals love unconditionally unlike humans and we as humans need to stand up for these animals.

Current laws are not good enough. Stop the cruelty and make the penalties fit the crimes these are living feeling creatures we are talking about and they deserve better from the people who are supposed to be their guardians!
