Strongly recommend to deduct the tuition under this situation. The school should set a good example to undertake social responsibility as a international school.

Very disappointed! Lack of communication between us and school. If they are getting fundings from government, they should refund to us!
We don’t want any management, who only aims at maximising profits, but we should be part of the Malvern Community and helping each other in difficult times !

Agree that we should have some discount for the school fee during the period of Feb-June 2020

It’s disgusting! We have paid for the food, so give us lunches we have paid for or refund the money.

I have been applauded with the so called management of this school. Why has there been no communication with the Malvern parent community... just a generic email sent over a month ago. And all the patents who have applied for hardship considerations have been turned down.
We understand the cost of teachers and operational costs to run a new campus, but surely you can ‘manage’ discussions amongst the finance department and senior leaders to work something out.
I’ll be taking my two children out once the confirmation of places from the other NT international school is confirmed and I know many others parents are considering it too. I’ve lost all faith in Malvern.

If keeping the fees at the current level is what it takes to keep the teachers, the school needs to consider running a summer school for free for the kids to catch up. Having extensively been involved in supervising and helping my child with on-line work, I thought the the materials had great educational value but teachers didn't give constructive criticism over her work. Often times,TA just left generic comments which didn't add much value.

We always treasure the time in Malvern, and I believe we have some good teachers. However, giving the current economic environment, we do hope to get the fee rebate from the school and appreciate if they can take some of the responsibilities.
At the end of the day, if parents can’t support their kids financially, the last thing we have to do is to resign.
As we all know, the school fee is already double ESF’s fee, I really except to have a proper reply from the management.

Online learning is the only way of learning during the stay home strategy. But happy that students are back to school now

The global pandemic has been a financially stressful time for many families including my own and whilst our individual approach to the school for reduction/relief in schools fees was unsuccessful, I hope this platform allows MCHK to reconsider, recognise and support the parents about the genuine concerns and reimbursement regarding school fees.
