Malvern Boro Council thinks we can handle 500+ more vehicles - and they'll put it outside your door w/ no regard to your safety or fire safety.

Traffics bad enough through the borough as it is now let alone 500+ more cars/trucks.

Concerned about all the traffic this will cause and safety hazards too. The traffic is already a nightmare at rush hour now .

This is not going to end well if the borough council continues their reckless actions.

I am in favor of revitalizing Malvern Borough Business District, and bringing in affordable one-bedroom units but the sheer logic of this proposed developed is just absurd. Outside of traffic, this will impact safe walking for our children.

How is the small borough of Mavern going to be able to handle this many vehicles? Please keep in mind the safety of our children!

I don't think Borough Council has been listening to the taxpayers in the Borough. They have their own agenda.

No one wants gridlock traffic!

This would create a traffic nightmare. King Street is also incredibly dangerous with the number of cars, and the number who don't stop at stop signs and crosswalks. Not to mention the school traffic on one way streets near St Pat's

You all do realize the actual size of Malver and how badly you are ruining it?!?!

Absolutely NO on this proposed development! Under no circumstances is it acceptable for council members to act other than at the wish of the people. My guess is not a single council member lives on Church, Woodland, Robert’s or Ruthland. If one does, may I ask where the hell is your common sense?! Speeding and driving the wrong way on these streets is already a huge problem. Enough! Find another solution!!

Do the traffic study at 3:20 pm on a school day for an accurate reading and don't be dubious and do it while the 4 local schools are on break and not in sports seasons. This is not in the borough residents best interests!

Borough Council needs to prioritize the safety of the community. This development is just too big for the space.

This type of development could potentially lead to a large scale demo and similar buildings along that block of King from Woodland westward. More vacant dead retail space just like they have at Eastside Flats. Further...I still don't know what apt. rental cost will be...and will it further T.O.D. ?
