Private homeowners who want to do construction need to comply with all Borough rules and regulations for safety and restrictions on size and parking availabilty. Why is Borough council not requiring this contractor to do the same?

The council is either corrupt or stupid. Either way the town needs to come together to put a stop to the dangerous and irresponsible development. It’s not just about “preserving the the town”, the streets do not have enough physical space to support the extra vehicles.

Please do not approve all of this additional traffic into Malvern Borough and the construction of Duffryn Mawr . It will ruin our beautiful town

I think this is a terrible idea for the community and especially the people who live on Woodland.

This project is far too large for the space. Please understand that the residents don't want this in the borough. Any project should be designed for the space and not require so many waivers!

It’s already hard enough driving back there why make it more congested

I’m tired of seeing the beauty of Malvern ruined by people trying to maximize the profit to their pockets. I miss the Malvern I grew up with.
