Malvern Boro Council thinks we can handle 500+ more vehicles - and they'll put it outside your door w/ no regard to your safety or fire safety.

To many cars to many people and just to much building of apartments .

I am very concerned for the safety of the residents in the Malvern borough. This petition is not asking for anything other than the ordinances already in place be followed. Sounds like a no-brainer?

BAD idea, need a park for the kids

The borough is already way too overcrowded! Where is the survey?

Traffic nightmare

What is next? Street lights every two blocks... Cops directing rush hour traffic... another gas station?

This is completely irresponsible! Why would the borough council approve this!!!??? What a disgrace!!

Too crowded with cars now

There is clearly not a large enough infrastructure for an increase in motor vehicles in Malvern. Why is this even a question?

This overstepping of sensible development versus irresponsible stewardship of the area's land has to end. The rear of the buildings along the railroad tracks on King Street that can't be reached by emergency vehicles is proof enough that someone is failing the citizens of Malvern. It's time to stop building on every square foot of ground and give the residents and the infrastructure a break.

The 25 apartment units + 3 offices are being proposed in the HEART of Malvern. Take a look at google maps....within a 3 block radius there are 5 churches, 3 playgrounds, 2 schools, the library, and the busiest intersection in town. The heart of Malvern may very soon be UNWALKABLE and unsafe.

The additional vehicles would create a traffic problem. It is already congested in the morning before school opens and again beginning at 3PM

Don’t ruin malvern

Please limit decisions that will increase traffic & reduce street parking in our town. I’m all for growth but don’t congest the town.

I use several businesses in the Borough of Malvern and have friends and relatives I visit. Traffic is manageable and all the visits worth it. However, adding hundreds of cars will make it hard to manage I’m afraid and will definitely reduce my time there

There is no where to park on the streets in that area as it is, they won't have ample parking for all residents and visitors.

This is construction is not safe or reasonable. When people are seriously hurt or killed because of traffic it will be to late. Stop construction now.

Too much!! Especially all that over flow by a church and school. Don't even wanna think about the congestion at the stop sign King and Bridge along with the other roads turning on, or off of King. Certain times of the day will be a nightmare. *Corection, the majority of the day!!

I don’t think this would be best for the boro
