Malvern Boro Council thinks we can handle 500+ more vehicles - and they'll put it outside your door w/ no regard to your safety or fire safety.

As a sustainability consultant, I am all for RESPONSIBLE development and encourage growth in Malvern. The single egress seems dangerous and dividing the community is not sustainable.

This project demonstrates that Borough Council needs to make the planned Zoning and SALDO ordinances overhaul a much higher priority.

Malvern can’t handle this many new town houses! This would create gridlock in traffic and safety concerns!

Traffic is already a problem in rush hours in Malvern, no need to add more mess just to help somebody to do their business. Let them go and find another place for development.

No more traffic congestion. The traffic study needs to be done at 7:30-8:30 am and 3-4 pm and 5-6:30 pm WHILE SCHOOLS are in session to get an accurate reading. Don't be sneaky and do it in the summer!

Planning Committee should have flagged traffic issue at very suggestion of this project months ago.

And you want to put this right where the Saint Pats kids are coming and going to school. What is this, another attack on the Catholics?

Responsible development, done with the appropriate traffic and saftey studies is a must. This cannot adequately support the amount of parking needed for 25 units plus retail. Take the time to do it right.

You are creating many concerns to put so much traffic activity in a small area.

Stop building so much on the little opened land that is left.
