I attended St Patrick’s school and church when I lived in Malvern. I can’t believe this proposal is even being entertained by the borough. It’s utter madness.

As someone who frequently comes to Malvern Borough to go to the train station and frequent the restaurants, I am deeply troubled by the lack of foresight and planning around the sheer size of this project. The traffic increase alone will be massive

This idea is a disaster.

Less cars, more walking

Please represent the residents of Malvern Borough , which is what you were elected to do rather than bending every rule and safety ordinance put in place in order to accommodate Carr builders who give NOTHING of any benefit or real value to our beautiful community which will be forever changed and not for the better if he gets his way ! Please insist he scale down his project to appropriately fit the size of the lot he wants to build on and insist he provide 100 percent of the needed parking not the homeowners on Woodland and Roberts . I was raised in Malvern Borough . Let’s keep our safe beautiful community as it should be , not let it turn into a congested junky mess !

Please scale down or eliminate the size of Carr’s proposed plan ! This is the town I grew up in and this project will ruin Malvern Borough forever ! Please don’t allow this !

Save our small town!

Stop junking up our town with apartments and traffic. This is ridiculous. Clearly the tax payers do not want this.

The addition of all of this traffic would be super dangerous. As someone who grew up in Malvern Borough I would hate to see this happen.

Keep it a small sleepy town not that it’s a small sleepy town, but that’s definitely not gonna help

I lived in Malvern for 23 years and one of the reasons for moving was how the developing of the town was going, not in a good way.

Will cause too much traffic

We don’t need that many extra cars in our town.
