I agree that the start date should be reassessed. The new proposed start date would give families additional time to find the funds to be able to either pay the amount up front or find a loan that would give them a better interest so we do not have to pay an increase of $4,968.98. The cost goes from $12,157.42 to $17,126.40. The whole community understands that individual roofs do need to be replaced. Asking until the new proposed date or at least to the start of the next tax season seems to be a reasonable request as a community member.
