Making Phillips Creek Ranch Safe for our Kids

Please add the alley between Prospect and Pritchett in Pearson Farms West. There is one lady in a black car that speeds down the alley at about 40 MPH. The police warned her once to no avail.

I agree that we need to do something about the speed, but it should not be speed bumps. I lived in a neighborhood with them before and it was terrible. I would support posting lower speed limits, and I would support extending the school zone to the other streets. I would especially support any officers that would like to come hang out in our neighborhood to catch the speeders, I cannot support speed bumps, though, so while I agree that we need a solution, I can't sign the petition if our number one solution is speed bumps.

Several homeowners have been asking for the same limits and deterrents throughout Lone Star Ranch as well. Brookhill Ln would be so very grateful for the same consideration, but we hope everyone's kids are safe and protected!

Speeding isn't the only issue that needs to be addressed. Many people fail to completely stop or stop at all at the stop signs throughout the neighborhood. One of the worst 4-way stops is at canyon ranch and Eden valley. I live only 4 houses down on Eden valley and see it all the time. Slow down and stop people before someone gets injured or killed!!!!

We are on Cedar Ranch in Layton- across from what will be park & school eventually and we see TONS of speeders cutting through here to get to other sections & the sub contractors/workers with builders are the worst as they FLY through here. People definitely need to slow down before someone gets hurt!

We live in front of the park in Sheridan. There are often kids crossing the street to the park and cars fly by our house way too fast. It is becoming a chronic problem. Something has to happen before a child is hurt.

I live on Red Rock Canyon and speeding is a huge issue!

There is no reason to go 30 miles an hour in a populated neighborhood such as this one.

Please keep these streets safe for our kids out there. My family resides in the neighborhood and we dont need any tragedy happening let's be proactive on these issues .Please enforce the speed limit and hold those accountable for breaking the law . It could happen to anyones loved ones . Aloha .

I live on Shingle Mill which is an alternate route to Nichols. Speeding is definitely an issue.

I would love to add Bear Lake Rd to the list. Cars fly down our street trying to avoid Plum Creeks school zone and my kids are out almost everyday playing. Cars barely stop to avoid them!! It makes me so angry. Thank you for starting this.

Too often I am seeing cars from other developments and construction workers flying through our neighborhood. These are very unsafe conditions for our children. On more than one occasion I've had to yell at speeding motorists to slow down.

Although my youngest is 13, it greatly concerns me to see the speed at which the cars travel in our community without regard of children. Unfortunately, since common sense of safety is not recognized, speed bumps would greatly insure a safer environment for our children and all residents. Thank you for your consideration!
