Hi everyone my name is Darnelle Staine and I am asking you to please sign this petition. Dwayne was a friend from our days in Primary School. He was known for being energetic and a true friend for all. Despite not socializing a lot when together we were still great friends. I am hoping to urge as many persons as I can to take a stand. The foremost recent one is the case of Dwayne who was shot on Saturday while shopping for one thing as simple as a loaf of bread to feed his family.

My classmates and I would like more activities, programs, education for our youths. We are pleading with the higher management of all actions to improve the betterment of the country. As we've been seeing now, many of our young innocent children are being targeted throughout these hard times. The parents of these children are left in shock and despair. We want all faculties of Belize to vow that we will continue to encourage all students to be on the proper path to life. We want them to promise in creating a stance towards the government and allow them to recognize that due to their 'useless' disciplinary measures that the children of our society are suffering. Once I collect the signatures, I will take that to the head of the police department to the Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, Minister of Youth, Sports and E-Governance, Minister of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries and try to have a discussion to come up with possible solutions. If we are frustrated with our brothers dying over senseless violence, then I want your signature. Remember every vote counts. Thank you!
