The density of this proposed development will overwhelm the local community putting excessive pressure on the public transport, roads and health services which are already overburdened.

This cannot go a head because of the surrounding roads will not be able to cope especially with Hammersmith Bridge being shut

The proposed size of the development is ill considered as Mortlake High Street is already at gridlock with no Hammersmith Bridge .The current plans are entirely inappropriate for the local area. The excessive number of housing units would place significant pressure on already overburdened infrastructure. Proposed building heights are excessive, would impact on an iconic listed building and are not in keeping with the surrounding area. Most importantly, the current plans do not provide the sort of housing the city genuinely needs - affordable, family houses.

Inappropriate for this riverside land. Traffic already tremendous even before Hammersmith bridge was shut.

By the mayor proposing to increase the development by 40% I don’t believe the infrastructure of the area can support the extra number of cars and people. There are only 4 trains an hour from Mortlake station, and the lower Richmond road is already gridlock during rush hour, especially with Hammersmith bridge closed. I can see some benefit to development on the site , but not the extra 40% capacity.

With development at Manor road and no Hammersmith bridge, this development will intensify road paralysis.

Inappropriate development.

The local area can not sustain this development. The transport system barely copes at present.

Mortlake is predominantly small scale terraced houses held freehold - not oversized tower blocks held on leasehold. No demand for a secondary school in this location. Go back to the drawing board and design a community friendly project.

The development has failed to consider the impact on the local environment and the Majors amendments have made it worse! As a local I feel very let down. Once again it all is about property developers profit.

The proposals for the Mortlake Brewery site are inappropriate, destructive of a community and fail to provide any benefits other than to developers and the rich.

This development is too big, too high and too dense for the area. Traffic will be at even more of a standstill, and all travel would be unbearable.

The impact on the I agree with all the objections. Notably, the impact on the Sheen level crossing and Sheen Lane would be disastrous.

Excessive number of extra houses, too much pressure on current road networks. This should be a sustainable development that benefits the area and community, it now only seems to benefit the developer's bank account!
