I object very strongly to the Mortlake Brewery site redevelopment proposal.
The current plans are entirely inappropriate for the local area.

The revised plans will do irreparable damage to the area and will change its nature forever. They cannot go ahead.

This development is totally inappropriate for this site given the addtional vehicles it will generate, both construction and residential.

the planned expansion of residents numbers is totally inappropriate and will have a severe detrimental impact and the neighbouring facilities and services. Please revisit the proposal and downsize.

In September 2017 "Network Rail report finds Mortlake Level crossing on Sheen Lane is ‘high risk’ to pedestrians, cyclists and vehicle users". The proposed number of additional residents will make the crossing even more unsafe - be it on the Mayor's head if there's a terrible accident.

Totally incomprehensible how this could even be being considered.

This proposal is oversized, inappropriate, will overburden the whole area and surroundings, allow far too many new cars into the area and cause mayhem and impossible traffic both during building and afterwards at Mortlake railway crossing. Sadik Khan, please finally listen to people who will be impacted by your reckless, inconsiderate, textbook plans for expansion.

How can it be fair for a developer to change the plans AFTER they have been already rejected at local level to the detriment of the immediate vicinity. Stop this plan and stop this loophole

Both sites far too dense, buildings too high, completely out of character for thr areas, designed to cause gridlock for traffic - in all a totally ridiculous and irresponsible proposal. Please kill it stone dead as it stands.

Cynical attempt to exploit planning rules changes proposed by out of touch government. This will destroy a neighbourhood. Hideous high rise buildings with no architectural merit and no value to local people. Development prioritising families and those needing affordable and sheltered housing should be mandatory - why does the mayor favour pointless, huge, ugly developments that offer no value to Londoners? Transport and roads will be overwhelmed. Money for foreign based developers is the only objective.

Current mayoral proposal too high density & high rise and completely incongruous with the surrounding riverbank landscape . There is insufficient accommodation / provision re. infrastructure to mitigate increased traffic .

To our Mayor: The proposed development clearly failed to give proper consideration to the surroundings and the community that inhabits them. It also fails to provide sufficient affordable housing, which is so much needed so young families can have a place they can call home. I am confident we can count on your expertise and understanding. The mayor has accelerated this plan without any research and the management company who claimed to do all the research in the area based all they're information on a different part of wandsworth. I know as I live next door to the development and we did not see one survey. Hammersmith Bridge is closed and traffic is already bumper to bumper. People are already struggling to sell flats on the road as the banks stop lending for large first time buyer mortgages. How is this affordable housing?
