Probably better to be less greedy, make it more beautiful and you may be able to charge more

Listen to the community and reject the proposals for the Mortlake Brewery site. The congestion would be dire.

This is a vanity project and is completely over the top. It will be hugely expensive and will not provide affordable accommodation. It will disrupt the lives of many people for a long time. The existing traffic problems will be much worse after the project is finished, and will be unbearable the while work is being carried out. If Hammersmith Bridge remains closed forever, the area will become almost inaccessible. Good work!

Correction: Totally over the top and will not provide affordable accomodation. If Hammersmith Bridge never re-opens the area will become almost inaccessible..

Massive negative impact on the community and motorists and not what the community needs.

It's not going to be affordable housing, so my message to Sadiq Khan is, stop your politics and listen to the residents who have said No!! Listen if you care.

We can’t move on these roads as it is !!! This development is larger than the existing Mortlake!!!

Traffic was already horrendous at Chalkers Corner before Hammersmith Bridge closed. And the poor souls of Chertsey Court will lose their main, valuable, green space under the road link proposals. It's all shocking exploitation of the site. Please do something sensible!!

What is proposed is excessive - the infrastructure is not strong enough to accommodate so many - the height of the buildings is also excessive

The major issue is the increased traffic, which is already gridlocked.

Too tall and too dense but too little of the housing needed.

These plans are completely inappropriate , the proposed height and density of the houses will overwhelm the area and the infrastructure.

Traffic in Mortlake is already horrendous with daily jams. This development is far too big and will make matters even worse.

Overdevelopment without sufficient local infrastructure

There are so many empty buildings in London that could be used without spoiling further areas

With Hammersmith Bridge closed, the Stag Brewery site squeezed between the river, the station and the level crossing which is closed for 45 mins in every hour, is already gridlocked, what madness to pack in an additional 40% of housing on top of what was already critical to the area bringing misery to everyone.

Whether you are in favour or against this development, to allow it to happen while Hammersmith Bridge is closed would be nothing short of a vindictive attempt to blight the lives of the thousands of people who live in Barnes.

The development is to big, condensed, and high for the Plot. Too Big for the plot. We need to value our green spaces and tranquility.
