Coronavirus has shown us that we need less densely populated areas not lots of flats where people can't help but come into contact with each other. We should be decreasing the number of housing units on this proposal not increasing it.

This development strikes me as adding to the air pollution problem in the area and I suspect given the density will add to the issues of flooding

We need more social affordable housing and we desperately need to keep the green spaces for our mental health.

The revised plans are totally unsuitable and unsustainable, and bring central London levels of density to a suburban area with poor transport infrastructure. I urge the Mayor to think again and require the developer to work with the local community to devise an alternative proposal that better balances the need for affordable housing with local infrastructure.

The increased units in this development will increase the traffic, which is already at a standstill many hours of the day.
There is no solution to heavy increases in traffic. The railway line, the river, Hammersmith bridge closure limits road expansion. The height of the building proposed will destroy the look of the area with it iconic buildings. The time taken to construct the existing agreed development will cause much upset, dirt, congestion. More units will increase the time scale and the upset for local residents.

Development, yes, but it must be affordable and within keeping for the area. High-rise blocks are difficult to live in.

The Mayors Mortlake Brewery proposals are not in keeping with the local area and do not deliver the kind of housing which people want.

The traffic is already horrendous. With no end in sight for the Hammersmith Bridge saga, this development will desecrate the area.
