Massive over development! Every time Khan get's involved in anything, it goes badly wrong or is in breach of the interests of the local community!

Drawing board. Go. Back. To. Also. LISTEN to people's cry for understanding. Show some compassion.

If the Mayor thinks that a development of this density is acceptable, he should built it in his own locality.

I agree that the proposed development is too big for Mortlake/Barnes which has is a very nice area and infrastructure is already strained and we do not want or need this to be spoilt and over populated by greedy developer's housing plans.

Why surround a listed building with an inferior development and putting a burden on the infrastructure.

Please listen to the residents of Mortlake!

Why destroy another beautiful river frontage by the desire of a few people to get richer. They managed it at Kew Bridge where they destroyed not only the skyline with a factory style building but a beautiful Rowing Club. That was bulldozed over night. Also for Gods sake use some common sense and imagine the extra congestion and worse the increased sewage created, overburdening the already poor drains. Stop making money your God and trying to stay in power by being PC. There is also the ugly whiff of corruption hanging around.

The revised development plans are grossly over scaled for the location. The mix & type of accommodation is also inappropriate and does not offer the family units relevant to the suburban nature and amenity of the area. Perhaps the Mayor is more interested in numbers than quality. An Unsustainable Proposal.

The proposed development is completely inappropriate for the area and will make Mortlake unlivable.

This must be stopped . This Mayor is a disgrace for passing the Richmond Homebase application without listening to local residents

The area is already grid locked.. this will have a huge negative effect on people’s lives in mortlake and the surrounding areas .. There’s way too many units being permitted.

Family Houses need decent sized rooms not rabbit hutches.

This latest scheme is a disaster and there is already a HUGE traffic problem in the area which will not sustain more either on social grounds or the environment.

This development would be untenable even with adequate surrounding roads. While Hammersmith Bridge is closed for the long term future the development seems like madness. Politicians who fail to represent us will be punished at every election local or national.

It is such a shame that the Mayor does not appear to understand sustainability, nor urban planning. Have we learnt nothing of the tower blocks of the past - not to mention all the tower blocks along the river already. And does he seriously believe that the developer plans to build affordable housing!!! That will be a first!!! The mayor should listen to the leading urban planners who know how to design for the future, for the residents to create something better. A legacy. Look at the regeneration of Leith.

This plan is quite out of keeping with this neighbourhood and should be withdrawn, allowing the previously planned development to go ahead.

Please fix Hammersmith Bridge first and provide the necessary transport infrastructure before considering a housing project if this scale and type.

The current proposals are entirely inappropriate for the local area and to undergo any significant develops, ent whilst Hammersmith Bridge is closed is beyond belief.
