Insufficient local transport infrastructure to support such a high density development

Suitable, proper homes that are affordable. Not high rise containing small flats. People want homes with gardens especially now with COVID.

Too high, too intensive, out of character with the area, too expensive

Far too large a development for the local infrastructure which is already at breaking point. Has anyone thought about the parking required for all these homes? 1252 units means a lot of vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Don't tell me the human race will forego cars just because they don't have an allocated parking space.

This has turned into a massive development, lar to imposing for what is a low rise environment. The traffic is already a problem, which will only get worse. Schools and doctors will be stretched too far.

Please reconsider the plans. Also, please consider the interests on the neighbourhood in terms of traffic and congestion.

Flats are no the answer to all housing problems. With COVID-19 in the mix a rethink is nessesarty.

The plans are much too ambitious in terms of scale and will swamp the already inadequate infrastructure

This scheme is untenable for our neighbourhood

Utterly the wrong proposals for housing. We need more family housing and community space.

I endorse the comments on this scheme made by Nicholas Rogers

The most recent plans are too ambitious in their scale for the infrastructure of the area and the size and aesthetics of the site.

I object strongly to this proposal

Ridiculous expansions contemplated!. The area is already totally gridlocked during prime times. A development with few facilities and small flats will ensure an overwhelming demand for infra structure which will never be met

This proposal is disgrace for all the reasons already sited. Wondering what is the view of our local council about the new proposals?

Local infrastructure, public transport or the road network simply doesn’t support over development at this scale. The mayor is a disgrace for not listening to local residents concerns.

We do not have the infrastructure to support this proposal. We need more family houses not small flats where public transport is already massively overstretched.

The original plans were just acceptable. The new plans are absurdly prohibitive to local infrastructure not to mention the pollution impact. Please be realistic, Mayor

If this overdevelopment goes ahead it will cause great harm to the Mortlake.

The traffic is awful in barnes already. The road out from Barnes to the M3 or M4 as well of course as many local destinations necessitates going past the Brewery. That road is log-jammed already (and was even before the bridge debacle) and patently simply could not cope with the traffic from so many new housing units. A development on this site could be a real opportunity for the area but the current proposals would turn it into a disaster for the area.
