I think this will overwhelm the area and cause even more traffic congestion than already exists.

This development was not appropriate from the beginning and the amendments have only made it worse.

The mayor has turned a problematic development into a disaster. Much too dense and high. Developer should be compelled to create additional social housing by reducing the number of owner occupied units

Planned building far too intensive & unsustainable for Mortlake.

If the mayor goes ahead with the plans then it is rape and mindless destruction of an iconic building and area

Any development must consider the area's constraints and this fails to do so at multiple levels. Desktop studies and traffic models are not a substitute for local understanding. Most especially because these studies don't allow for the cumulative impact arising from the Mayor's consent for 452 homes on the Manor Road Homebase site.

Too many additional properties added to the original plan, without a major transport infrastructure upgrade to match it, is madness - particularly given the knock on effect of Hammersmith Bridge's closure for the foreseeable future.

How on earth was this every allowed in the first place? It will seize up the traffic completely. It is bad anyway.

This is a terrible idea and will destroy the entire area.

This development would totally overwhelm the area, it’s out of all proportion to the existing community. The area is completely congested and traffic hardly moves at many times of the day. Add into that the Sheen Lane level crossing and you are just piling more and more pressure into an area which already has insufficient resources to deal with the existing population. The new proposals don’t even have a medical centre anymore- where are the new residents going to find GPS given that current resources are oversubscribed. The lack of a public green space for kids to play football on etc. But mostly just far too many people trying to utilise an area where the current lack of infrastructure will just be completely overrun!

High rise buildings plus scale and size of this development is totally unsuitable and overwhelming for the area. Present traffic is a nightmare, regularly at a standstill and will be unable to cope. Impact on local services has not been thought through. Completely against such an unsuitable and ill thought out development.

Local traffic is already a disaster, we don't need more pressure on public transport.

Thus is an over development both in terms of the height and density and of the lack of infrastructure.

The scale of this proposed development is completely inappropriate - it needs to be low rise to be appropriate in the area, and to take into account the pressure on the road. Come down and see the gridlocked traffic which existed even before the Hammersmith Bridge closed before you make a decision.

I totally reject the Mayor's proposals for the Mortlake Brewery site. He must listen to the local residents. To sit far away and making decisions is unacceptable.

The size and scale of the development on a restricted site would be an absolute disaster for the area. Please scale it right back!

The impact on local services and most of all on the single lane road of so many units will be horrendous. Pretending people don’t have vehicles is naive, what about tradespeople who need wheels for their jobs, families etc...if the site doesn’t provide enough parking where are they to go? Our recent experience of Covid has shown that people need space to work at home and for their children to play, they don’t want to live in shoe boxes.

Crazy overdevelopment, no infrastructure to cope, please stop this madness!
