The plans are unrealistic. The traffic has been awful in this bottleneck for years. The pollution and traffic will be a nightmare. Also 'affordable housing ' and new social housing should be a priority. I think the plans need to be shelved until a suitable solution realistically can be reached.

This development will only increase traffic congestion in an already busy area. Is the old Chalker’s Corner already known as Choker’s Corner.

Stop, Listen and Look! Yes the space needs developing but not to this extreme level of scale and density which exceeds even the Central London density guidelines for new developments. The Mortlake level crossing is in itself a stand alone objection to this development already recorded as an 'at risk' crossing

Please consider Londoners needing housing, not Far East investors. We already have high soulless blocks of luxury flats creating empty dark windy cold ‘streets’ below.

The proposed density and height of the accommodation is excessive and will have a devastating impact on the local riverside landscape, and possibly be unattractive to potential buyers! It will also lead to an intolerable increase in traffic congestion. The traffic is already often at a standstill for much of the day. I know this as my flat overlooks the site!

The proposed amend to include 1252 housing units is way to dense for the area. The council needs to ensure that the developer adheres to the originaly approved plans.

Please, please, please listen to the folk of Mortlake and Barnes. The increase of units on the Mortlake Brewery site to 1252 is just too many and too dense. The impact on the community will be very significant and greatly impact transport infrastructure. We implore you to change your mind and reject the latest plans from the developers.

This huge development are completely wrong for this area and will have an unacceptable impact of the community. The road system in the area is already overstretched. The emissions in that area are also high from stationery cars who are caught up in rows of heavy traffic.

This an absurd proposition which will only be detrimental to the area. Stop the greediness!

The proposed development seems to be out of proportion to the local area, & would certainly add enormously to the already very busy local streets nearby.

The development is totally unsuitable for the area which has no other developments of this nature. It will put intolerable pressure on roads, transport, etc, particularly with Hammersmith Bridge being closed

No one wants the population increase by 70%.. our way of life will be non existent..especially as you want to increase pollution by adding more traffic and taking away our trees and green areas,, also the crime rate will increase and we have ENOUGH problems to contend with.. NOBODY is listening to US the residents of Mortlake.. WE DO NOT WANT THIS..WE WANT TO KEEP OUR WAY OF LIFE.. thank you..

We can't breathe in Mortlake as it is without this massive development. We sit in solid traffic on Mortlake High St, which extends sometimes right back to Barnes High St, trying to get home or go out, There is too much development in this area by greedy developers.

This development is far too dense for the area when viewed in isolation, however when also taking into account proposals for the Hombase and Barnes Hospital sites the level of development for the area is ludicrous. Approval will constitute signing off on super-profits for the developers at the cost of current residents' well being.

This development is just not suitable for the area. Will create chaos for traffic and Barnes/Mortlake residents

This will bring traffic to a complete standstill. Chalkers Corner is a bottleneck at the moment and there are no plans to alleviate this.

Huge impact on local community. The traffic is horrendous and made even worse by closure of Hammersmith Bridge
