These plans are frightening and greedy.
Please revise. We are humans not an investment opportunity.

This development would be a disaster for Mortlake residents, road users and for local air quality. The only beneficiary is a greedy developer. Scrap the development now!

The development is too dense and will put enormous pressure on the local infrastructure. I also object to the school being built on the fields.

This could be a lovely development if it was scaled down.

I can't believe this is going ahead when the area is already in gridlock - and was even before Hammersmith bridge closed for what must be the foreseeable future. We don't need this many houses, and the ones we do need need to be affordable.

Overdevelopment like this will damage the community, the environment and do nothing to solve our social housing and traffic problems. Please go back to the drawing board

As a veteran resident of East Sheen, and having observed the gridlock of traffic at Mortlake rail crossing increase to unsustainable proportions, I regard contemplation of development of any kind in the neighbourhood as asking for big trouble, both for local residents and for anyone involved in such plans.

I so wanted to see a regeneration scheme I could support. What is on offer is wholly unsuitable in terms of scale. The road and rail systems are not adequate to serve a population increase of 40%. The existing pollution effects on young and old alike should be minimised not exacerbated. Please reduce this scheme.

How could you even contemplate allowing this redevelopment ? Sort Hammersmith Bridge out first then redevelop the site to fit in with the area.

Urban development for a sub-urban setting; no consideration given to alleviating an already congested area.

The whole scheme has been madness since the word go. Putting the heart back into Mortlake? Ripping it’s heart out more like. Don’t play politics, think again.

Time to stop. Ridiculously out of scale. No local fit at all.

If the Mayor of London allows this, it is essential for our MP to ask the Secretary of State to review any such decision. The plans breaches many national and local guidelines for development. A complete standstill on roads is unavoidable. Our health and our sense of community, and the remaining tiny green space we have is now threatened with desecration.

This development is unsuitable, it takes no account of its surroundings, the traffic congestion around the site is already impossible and, with no Hammersmith Bridge, chaos is guaranteed. The mayor should listen and learn.

Awful idea, it should never have got to the point of being turned to the mayor of London. Please do not make anotheristake like the decision made in Kingston. This is a family area with already very congested roads due to the multiple train crossings, the fact it serves as a through fare for many along with the closure of Hammersmith bridge.
Please do the right thing and keep in fitting with the area, we do not need tower blocks!

No development of any sort should start until Hammersmith Bridge is open to vehicle traffic again. That should be a condition for any approval what so ever.

Too many flats and no plans to improve road infrastructure equals disaster for everyone in Mortlake, Sheen, Barnes. Add to this the complete closure of Hammersmith Bridge; no way this development should go forward.
LONDON NEEDS A NEW MAYOR.
