This development has grown significantly and adds nothing to the area. The pressure on trains and busses and local infrastrucutre will cause significant issues.

These proposals are totally inappropriate and far too excessive for an already overburdened area

Our area cannot take anymore intense developments.
We are also being threatened with 11 storey flats on the Homebase site and are concerned with the extra traffic and parking.
More people will put extra pressure on the local services.

Seems like a gross over development with little thought to infrastructure.

Please listen to our community objections. In particular, there is no adequate traffic plan for our area for this to go ahead in any of the proposed plans.

We need appropriate housing, not multiple cramped little boxes. We also need appropriate infrastructure to support such an increase in the local population.

The recent application for consent by LBRUT objectors outnumbered supporters by about 675:20. The main reasons were overdevelopment of the site and severe traffic congestion throughout Mortlake, Barnes and surrounding communities.
Since then the scheme has increased by 40%.
Approval will devastate the community, increase air pollution above legal limits and create permanent gridlock for public and private transport.
Development at Mortlake Brewery as proposed must be refused.

Outrageous, many flats - this will just lead to more congestion on the roads, railway station and generally in the area....

We need a mayor who listens to residents who have lived in Mortlake for many years; to hear their concerns and consult with them before imposing proposals. However in revising their plans to the detriment of the area, ugly 11 storey buildings - he is turning Barnes and Mortlake into another Brentford - full of soulless high rise flats.

The cumulative density of the site is overwhelming and overbearing. The local infrastructure cannot accommodate the increase in traffic. Major loss of green space and potential for a green development that would contribute to the community.

I'm very concerned about the sustainability credential. It lacks vision - there is so much potential for this site - and it's not being realised.
