As a local resident, I object to the scale of this development plan. It does not provide affordable family houses and will stretch the transport infrastructure and local amenities too much.

These proposals grossly violate the London Plan by introducing housing densities that are appropriate to a 'central' setting; whereas Mortlake is in reality 'suburban' (not even urban!) with relatively poor public transport access. The densities proposed are 2-3 times the recommended ones for our area (current London Plan, section 3.4, 'optimising housing potential').

Development plans will create over tall buildings and too many small units.

Much lower density and many affordable homes needed, not this plan.

We don't have the infrastructure, build and bridge at Hammersmith, not appropriate at this time.

This needed to be stopped, everywhere in this area is becoming so overcrowded.

This is not an appropriate location for an extreme high density development which would be acceptable in a highly accessible city centre location.

The roads, parking and transport infrastructure around the area are totally inadequate to accommodate the increase in traffic that these unilaterally imposed adaptations to the original plans will entail. They are completely inappropriate and unsustainable for the area. The Mayor cannot be allowed to ride roughshod over the consideration of the local population.

It’s absurd how the mayor has been maliciously ignoring councils and MPs. Destroying communities just to get some number for his re-election is disgusting. Sad to see all the South-West London massive tall buildings being systematically approved. It’s almost like he wants to attack conservative boroughs and push labour voters.

I live a few hundred yards from the Brewery site and already my life has been ruined with the traffic from theclosure of Hammersmith Bridge, if this goes ahead it will be ten times worse all the time.

Much too big for the area. Congestion is terrible due to Hammersmith Bridge closure this project will not help. Why have they taken away the care centre?

Would it be sensible for the developers to pay towards the replacement/repair of Hammersmith Bridge as this development will cause huge traffic issues if the bridge is not open .The development in its current form is simply too large .
