On abc news, there is a story about a manual of 170 pages that has been found on how to molest children ("Manual on How to Molest Children Is Legal, Cops Say" website: http://abcnews.go.com/US/manual-molest-children-legal-cops/story?id=11561609) I state that this manual or any manual on how to harm children (a crime) should be illegal.
