Online, pedophiles are sharing grooming manuals dictating which children are most vulnerable, what to do to entice them, build their trust, and take advantage of that trust and how to do it to keep the child quiet. This is an unsafe practice, especially with the online world being so accessible.

Yes, online luring is illegal and can, in most countries come with a prison sentence. However, in order to protect our children, our society and our future, we need to make sure all explicit activity regarding children is illegal. As of right now, sharing grooming manuals is not an illegal act and allows for pedophiles to build communities in secret which in turn will allow our children to be victimized in secret. We can't protect our children if we don't bring light to the nasty actions of the sick minded individuals who believe that this is okay. We need to band together and protect our children; not only in person but online as well.
